Returns & Exchanges

Shipping Policy
We try to ship all orders within 48hrs. This is not always possible during high traffic seasons such as the holidays. Shipping discounts do not apply to wholesale orders. Your shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • $10 flat rate shipping on all orders below $75.00 CAD
  • $5 flat rate shipping on all orders between $75.00 and $150.00 CAD
  • Free shipping on all orders above $150.00 CAD

Return Policy & Exchanges 
Since all of our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been poured. If you made an error in your order, or would like to cancel, please Contact Us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate as long as the order has not been started yet.

Order Adjustments
Orders can be amended up until they have been poured. If your candle has already been poured, adjustments cannot be made. Please Contact Us if you wish to made changes to your order. We can accommodate changes as long as your order has not been started yet.

Customs & Import Duties 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

My order arrived damaged - now what?
Yikes - I'm so sorry! We do our best to send all packages well protected, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please Contact Us. Once we receive your email, we will ask for images of the damaged items so please ensure to take photos. We will happily re-ship or refund the damaged item. 

My order was lost - now what?
Although very rare, this can happen during busy shipping seasons. Please Contact Us and let us know that you have not received your item. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
