How often do scents change?
Every single one of our scents is temporary. We curate scent collections based on season and scent family. If you find a scent you love, we recommend stocking up because when it sells out, it's gone!
Can I customize my order?
Of course! Although scent options are always available with each order, you are welcome to send a message through the Contact Us page if you have other personalized touches you wish to add.
Are wholesale orders allowed?
Absolutely! Send us a message through our Contact page and let's work out a wholesale order and price.
What are the candles scented with?
100% natural, vegan essential oils. We only use oils that are free of parabens, toxins, and synthetics.
I can't see a crystal in my candle
Your crystal is absolutely in the candle! Sometimes we overfill the containers and the wax covers the crystal, but rest assured your crystal will start to show after the first burn.
The best way to track your order through transit is via the carrier's website (USPS, Canada Post, etc). Tracking does not always update as the order travels so check your country's carrier website for the latest details. Please allow for up to 24hrs after your order has been completed for tracking to show up online.
Shipping charges are much higher than expected
This all depends on the shipping method selected, time of year, and customs clearance. Please allow for extra time in transit during the holiday season. Once your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. Your postal carrier will be able to provide you with the most up-to-date expected delivery date.
